SMS Opt-In Process

Webnotics (Webnotics Private Limited) sends text messages only to people who agree to receive them on webnotics.solutions, either by checking the optional SMS consent checkbox on our website forms or by tapping “Yes, I agree to receive SMS” in our live chat. This page shows both opt-in methods.

Messages we send: one-time verification codes, meeting and discovery call reminders, project updates and replies to enquiries. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

1. Opt-in on our website forms

Every form on our website that asks for a phone number has a separate, optional SMS consent checkbox. The checkbox is not checked by default and the form can be submitted without checking it. We only send text messages to people who check it. You can see it live on our Contact Us page, About page and in the quote form on our home page.

2. Opt-in in our website chat

  1. The visitor opens the chat and enters first name, last name and email.
  2. For a business enquiry, the chat verifies the email with a 6-digit code.
  3. Before any phone number is asked for, the chat shows the SMS consent message below with two buttons: “Yes, I agree to receive SMS” and “No, I don’t agree”. Nothing is pre-selected.
  4. Only if the visitor taps Yes, the chat asks for a mobile number and sends a verification code by SMS.
  5. If the visitor taps No, no phone number is collected, no text messages are sent, and the chat simply continues with their enquiry.
